Changing 3 fluids

Changing 3 fluids
So I've done some searching around...called three different places and have gotten all different answers.
Looking to change engine oil, tranny, and diff fluid.
Engine has 72,xxx miles so I'm thinking high mileage mobil 1 fully synthetic. But should I use 5w40 or 5w30 or perhaps 10w20? Those were the three recommended to me via phone today. Two were honda dealerships
For the tranny I want to give GM's syncromesh a try. Assuming I can just buy this from a GM dealership correct? Anything special I need to know?
And for the diff... 607 Almasol? Not really sure on this one.
I found the DIY's but I'm just unsure about which fluids to use. Apologies if this is burried in the endless links of faq's
Thanks in advance

I personally use
M1 10W-30 Extended Performance - I would use redline 10W-30 over this, cuz it runs much happier with RL but its waay more $$.
MT: RL MTL/MT-90 mix
Diff: 75W-90 M1

Pretty redundant at this point, but for an engine oil I would recommend Mobil 1 0w-40 or German Castrol (0w-30). Both oils exhibit HTHS values that I think would be a good match for the high shear rates in the F20/22. Each oil is easy to come by and can be found at WalMart, Autozone, or PepBoys.

Engine oil should be 10W-30.
I use Penzoil Syncromesh in my tranny, works fine for me and easier to find than GM branded stuff.
LE1605 (the new 607) for the diff.
