Changed TCT still making noise (help!)

The noise usually happens when the car is warm, if you don't have noise after starting a warm car, I wouldn't worry about it any more.

UPDATE
Drove around a few times yesterday and even took an hour trip out to San Bernardino and no noise. (No sound clip opportunities)
I'm assuming it's officially gone?
Still wondering why it did that .... Time for a drink

Like I said, sometimes it just takes a little while for oil pressure to build up in the assembly when installing a new one. Have you seen the size of the oiling holes? They're tiny, like a quarter of a millimeter in diameter.
See the little hole below the piston, between the two O-rings? That and the hole in the access port that holds the screw are the only oil passages to the assembly.
