Default Changed TCT still making noise (help!)

Lastnight I decided to Change my TCT since it was getting really loud and after installing a new one,I started it up and it was still noisy. After breaking my head about it I decided to drive it home 3 miles away and on my way home it went away at a red light but as soon as I started driving it came back and went away as soon as I would pass 2000rpms but come back when I shifted and rpms dropped around or bellow 2k but would go away as soon as I got it back on the gas. Any suggestions? Safe to drive?

Also when I was a block away it went away completely

Are you sure its tct noise? Did you use a mechanics stethescope to confirm where noise is coming from? Did you rule out it being a serpentine belt driven component? (temporarily remove belt, you can leave it loosly in place, run motor to see if noise goes away. Obviously don't drive it like this for any distance)

I didn't use a stethoscope but to me it sounded like a tct just from paying close attention, getting second, and third opinions. What I found weird is that the noise did go away as soon as I drove a few blocks out and returned at idle. But I do have an update

UPDATE:
-Morning start up, still noise.
-Drove off noise went away and not noticed for the remainder of my drive to work
-Lunch time start up noise came back and didn't come back while I drove for lunch
-After work I started no noise at all on my drive home

Im soconfused!!!! Anybody have similar issues?
Only thing I can think of is maybe timing chain guides???

There is nothing weird about your description, those are the typical characteristics of tct noise. Did you listen to the tct sound clips in the sticky above the forum?

But billman, he already replaced the tct. He is saying he just changed it, and is still getting these noises.

When a new tct is installed, sometimes it takes a little while for the oil to fill the piston assembly, this will cause the noise, but not as long as you're describing. When I replaced the O-rings on my tct it made a noise for a couple minutes, but I revved the car a few times and it went away, and hasn't come back since in 6,000 miles. BTW I still have my original TCT after 130,000 miles and 4 owners.
