You're right.
(obviously.... )
Funny that my manual doens't suggest that IF the fuse is blown you should have the P1298 too, with BOTH the other ones.
I'm assuming they are assuming its possible to have just a broken wire with a single CEL P0141.
Man.. it must be difficult to write a service manual and get it fool(full) proof.

It's possible a break in the wire on the power or ground side of the rear 02 heater would cause it. Since the 02 heater monitor is continuous, a break in the wire is impossible. The DTC would recode as soon at the engine is started after clearing the DTC.
Since the car runs 10 minutes before recoding, the wiring to the sensor is fine.
The manuals are written before the model is released, and reviewed by Honda's Techline branch for the US market. They have also been known to release corrections after they are published.

I did get some other codes with it, the first one was 136 which is non-existent in the data base, and one time I got 1410 which I also can' t find in the base, but in all occurences I got 0141 consistently. I haven't checked the fuse might start there. But realistically it is either dead or starting to die. Thanks for the additional replies fellas, very helpful information. Much appreciated.

Sounds like you are using a universal code reader that has a difficult time defining DTC's
