Thats the same code that I had scanned today. So obviously this means the o2 in the cat needs replacing, and that should fix the problem?

Just had my buddy scan the code. It says it's the secondary O2. If I replace the o2 in the cat, that should fix it??
If it is caused by a loose element in the cat which is pretty common, the new O2 sensor will be damaged in short order. You need to pull the sensor and see if there is physical damage or the top shaved off by the element. If you have that kind of damage I would try to get Honda to fix it under the emissions warranty as it really needs a new cat. (IMO this is a component deficiency that happens all too often and should always be covered).

I think specific emissions parts including the cat are covered 8/80.
