I have my car prepped for an AEM install and I got my dreaded emissions test required paper today
I already have the air pump, solinoid in back of the intake manifold, vacuum tank, and the electric solinoid that sits in it removed. I would like to hook as few of these back up as I can and go take the test CEL free.
My question is can I just plug the air pump into the old plugs and stay CEL free? Or do I have to hook the air lines all back up and what not?

You will have to install every piece to rid the CEL. The whole flow detection is based on what the ELD sees and sends to the ecu. If it's not enough (or too much) it will throw the cel
