If I am running the Comptech SC with the ESM, doesn't that negate most of the signals coming from the MAP sensor? or is that just for boost?

I think the ESM just clamps the max MAP voltage at ~2.7 V. At partial throttle, the MAP voltage should just pass through. If your MAP is sticking, it may just be doing it at partial throttle, showing a lower pressure than it should (causing it to run lean).

Ah...I get it...

I took it off and tapped it really well, so we will see if that will help. I also took off the air filter and cleaned it well. The vac hoses are all intact, and the BOV of the SC is working properly. Next I will run the data logger this weekend and see what readings come up when the CEL comes back on.

Thanks for the input!

Well, here is the update.

After testing the coils, checking compression, running a leak-down test the problem has been fixed.

It was my injectors. Hard to reason why when my car only has 27k miles on it, and I use only premium gas from either Mobil or Chevron. So much for that Techron crap, I guess .

I'm just glad she is fixed, and fixed under warranty.

She purrs like when she was a virgin, and seems more responsive when I hit the gas.

Thanks for everyone's help in troubleshooting!
