Default CEL p0411 after valves adjustment

So, I got my valves adjusted yesterday and on the way home everything was fine, no CEL. A few hours later I went to start the car and the CEL was on so I called Honda (where I got it done at) and told them I have a CEL, told me to bring it in to have them check it out....so I did and the tech. they told me it was p0411 and he had clear it, has nothing to do with what he worked on. today the CEL came back on and went to auto part store had them read the code and still p0411. OKAY, my questions is: could it be something he missed? or is it coincidently something went bad after a few hour of the adjustment. BTW the p0411 is secondary air injection system

Thanks. Ive read that^ before the post. So, should that be related to the work performed by Honda?

with the vacuum lines being so close to the front of the engine head, one may have been knocked off. Do some poking around with a flashlight, they run behind the air intake and down to the front bumper for the most part.

You would think the tech would have checked that when he cleared the CEL. I don't think the CEL is related to any mechanical effect from the valve adjustment, but a line could be knocked loose during the work.

yeah JFUSION I was thinking maybe he unplug a line and maybe didn't put back in the right place but wasn't sure if any of the lines was needed to be remove to do the job.

thanks! it was two vacuum lines that was undone. I hope that was the problem. I wont know till I reset it.
2 more things: when I was looking for the loose line I saw oil coming out of this
and lastly after I plugged in the two lines I drove it down the block and when I came to a stop the car cut off... Im thinking its because the computer is trying figure out what is going on? what do you guys think?

Yes, that _was_ the problem.

Now that the major vacuum leak problem has been dispatched, you need to reset the ECU and do the Idle learn procedure. Search it.

Oil coming out is not that bad, unless that bolt is loose. If it comes out, you can kiss your engine good-bye. Double-check it. DON'T TAKE THAT BOLT OUT!!!!!!

LOL That bolt is what the idler cam gear rides on and holds it in place so dont take it out without taking the valve cover off. There is an oring in the bolt where the leaking is coming from and you can, with the valve cover off, back it out just enough to get the old oring off and replace it with a new one. Lube the new oring with a little oil and torque the bolt back up to the correct tq.
