Default Cel P0172 and Engine dies when coming to a stop

I was driving to work today and when coming to a stop light the engine just died. I started it back up and it would die again. 3rd time it started up with very low idle. Then the check engine light came on. The rest of the way to work was just fine. I got someone to pull the codes for me during lunch and it read P0172 and P1456. I checked the gas cap and it was a little loose and tightened back up. The engine has died several additional times when coming to a stop.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing the P0172?

I have a MY03 and it's completely stock.

check for vacuum leak.
I had the same problem after Honda did my valves adjustment. They forgot to reconnect one of my vacuum line.

A vacuum leak will not cause a P0172. What mods are on the car?

Okay this past weekend the car started to die again whenever i came to a stop. Check engine came on with P0172. Anyone have any other ideas on what this could be?

Also i don't know if this has anything to do with it but the last few months my car has started bucking on occasion when accelerating from a stop.

My car did the dying at idle when slowing down. Thorough cleaning of the iac fixed it. Not sure what p0172 is though.
