Default CEL confused?

Ok, I got the codes for my CEL and there all misfire codes:

P0301
P0302
P0303
P0304
P1399

Its misfiring on all 4 cylinders, that i know. But heres the thing.....
I start it and it does great CEL light comes on and stays on. When i drive my s2k it runs like a champ! No problems whatsoever....no surging or no popping noises like a misfire sounds. When i drive it for a while though and stop at a light for a min or so.....my cel starts to blink. (I know I shouldn't be driving it, but is my dd.) Then when i start to go again it stops blinking and doesn't seem to act any different. It doesn't do it all the time. But only seems to blink at low RPM's.....

Can anyone help me as to what might be the problem? What would cause all to misfire? I was thinking plugs? My car is a MY00 so i don't know if its had the recall fixed or not.
Im also thinking that it isn't the coil packs cuz i've never heard of all going bad at once. If it is possible this is the first time i've seen it happen.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!!

Plugs
Coilpacks

MAP sensor.

A good portion of time the "random misfire" codes wind up being the fuel injectors going bad (not clogged, necessarily).

Replacing injectors takes < 1 hour in your garage. Order them online and it's only ~$400. The O-rings come with the injectors, but I ordered extra since they're really easy to cut accidentally.

^ check all of these things above mentioned. dirty gas can also be a factor, but since it's your DD im sure that's no the case.

IF it still occurs you will wanna do a leakdown test (moreso than a compression test).

Do you find that plugs and coilpacks usually have a single misfire cylinder?

Of course it still could be those things... but the p1399 seems to keep following injectors around.

It was interesting, my injectors weren't clogged at all. I wonder if the electrical circuit or the internal valve mechanism is so delicate that it fails with the high rpms over time.

But changing them out worked great for my p1399.
