Default CEL code -> P041#

Last night I ran my fan with the A/C button on without the engine running for a few minutes (3-4 min).
I started up the car to go get some gas (I had 0 bars on the gas gauge) but a CEL popped up. I let it idle but nothing sounded off, so I drove it to Chevron to fill up my tank. There is a Kragen next to it, so I checked it out but they did not have a scanner tool available.

The gas station and Kragen is in the same plaza and is about 2.2 miles from my house.

I drove it back home and checked the blink code, which flashed 6-0.

According to the CEL sticky post, blink code 6-0 =

P041# 6 - 0 --------------- AIR PUMP

Under the CEL codes these are what could be wrong:

P0410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction
P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected
P0412 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Malfunction
P0413 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Open
P0414 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Shorted
P0415 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve B Circuit Malfunction
P0416 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve B Circuit Open
P0417 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve B Circuit Shorted
P0418 Secondary Air Injection System Relay "A" Circuit Malfunction
P0419 Secondary Air Injection System Relay "B" Circuit Malfunction

I have a K&N FIPK which I have had installed with no problems until today. Other (indirect) mods include: cusco stb, slotted rotors, ss brake lines, hawk pads. No other mods.

The car is a 2005 and has 9800 miles.

What should I do, and is this a major problem? Should I tow my car to the dealership?

Thanks for the help

Do us a favor, drive to autozone and have them pull the actual code and post it back here.

Also when did you install the Intake? Becasue a P0411 is common after an intake installation. Normally a vac line gets rerouted and connected wrong.

Okay, I'll go get the actual code.

I installed the intake on February 5th, 2007.

P0411 was the only code present.
