ok guys I just talked to honda a few mins ago. Well good news, it was not a bent valve. It ended up being the map sensor being off and the valves needed to be readjusted. He said my exhaust valves and stuff were a little tight. so I have no idea how that happened. I have to go pick up the car now so we will see. Thanks for the help everyone it just shows you guys know what you are talking about.
The valves get tighter as valve seats wear, thats why it important to check/adjust them every so often, especially the first adjustment (assuming yours is an 03 and never been done).

Has anyone adjusted the valves recently? Insufficient valve clearance can skew the leakdown results and cause the same problems you are having.
Looks like I was pretty close to the problem.

If they are within the specified range, they do not have to be adjusted TOO often. However, the first adjustment is the most important as sometimes you can have an over-tightened valve or two from the factory.
