Look in the DIY FAQ for the Misfire Thread and follow the steps.
When you replaced the plugs, did you use OEM NGKs or another brand available at Autozone?

P1399 - random/multiple cylinder misfire detected
P0301 - cylinder 1 misfire detected
P0302 - cylinder 2 misfire detected
P0303 - cylinder 3 misfire detected
P0304 - cylinder 4 misfire detected
WOw... I have replaced the plugs, coils and tapped the MAP sensor
Looks like a compression test and or a valves are next?
I reset the codes and am waiting for next, I have called to beg my affordable mechanic

Injectors can cause these exact same codes. Wouldn't be surprised at your mileage. They're very easy to swap out yourself.
