I has the same problem after installing my CAI. It was throwing the codee and i started reading about air pump failure. I pulled the front bumper and there was nothing wrong with the pump. I switched back to the oem air line from the pump, reset the light and haven't had a problem since.

Alright so the problem ended up being the vacuum line that was going from the solenoid to the intake manifold was rubbing on the belt until it ate through the hose. Thus throwing the code! Thanks for all the input guys.
