Hey guys installed a K&N intake on my car about a couple of weeks ago, and after 30 miles or so it threw a code. It came up as P0411 Secondary Air Injection incorrect flow. Any clue whats casuing this? Thanks.

you probably will need an air pump and relay with this code.

Could be a pump, most likely the check valve.
Check your vacuum lines first before you do anything.

You've hosed up the vacuum line routing.

Yep. That's what happened with me and a few others that installed the FIPK.

yep....there are two small hoses that have atendency to slide off when you are messing with the intake, look for them near the injectors.

same code came up for me about 3 weeks ago...the selonoid that is mounted on the intake arm has 2 little vaccum lines at the bottom of it...check to see if they're still on and also check to make sure they're not crossed...what i did was zip tie em to the nipple...they can slip off...i've had my fipk since about 3 or 4k (currently have 39k)...so there's a good chance that's what it is...and like other members said before...also check the connection at the source (ie: where those little vaccum lines are supposed to be connected on the otehr end).....cleared the code immediately for me...hope this helps
