I also did a torque check after the TSB was performed since it was the reason to get the TSB done (well, i was also enjoying the fact that my plugs were free). Torque was correct, however i did not check the gap.

How accurate does torquing has to be??? i torqued my plugs to ~ 20 ft lb
I typically do mine to 20, so not to worry. I was doing it to 18 and found that the odd plug would still back off slightly.

the CEL came back after 5 days. The codes are now P0300, P0302, P0303, and P0304. I got a bottle of injector cleaner called Lucas. Also got STP super concentrated. Which would be better to use???

At this point, the more concentrated the better. If this doesn't work, you're going to have to seriously consider having the injectors and coilpacks checked. Then comes a replacement ECU.
I recall a story from Rick Hesel years ago. He had a similar misfire situation. The dealer did almost everything over a period of many, many months. It wasn't till the ECU was changed that his problems finally went away.

A valve clearance check, as well as a leakdown test come before swapping PCM's.

Sounds like this car is really picky about plug gaps, I think I might try using a caliper to do mine when the time comes!

i will have to double check the gap next. Hopefully its just the dirty injectors, though. Car has 64,000 miles BTW.
