Ceiling Light Malfunction

Ceiling Light Malfunction
So basically, the ceiling lights don't work. They don't turn on when the door opens, when you put the switch onto "ON" (right side), or even when you manually turn each one on with the button.
Replaced the bulbs, checked the fuse, still doesn't work. I know that the fuse is tied in with the trunk light, and that works. So, I am assuming that something's going on with the circuit by the light itself - but I don't know how to go about resolving/troubleshooting this issue.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

Your troubleshooting sounds good so far, see if this helps.
The ceiling light has +12v supplied to it all the time, permanently wired to one side of each light bulb clip (the 2 clips closest to the center of the light fixture). The outer bulb clips are connected to ground by either the keyless entry module (when you open a door or unlock the car) or by one of the two switches on the ceiling light.
If we assume you have +12v power that would mean both the keyless module and the light fixture wiring/switches had failed, which is less likely than the single failure of the +12v input.
I would try this - with the light fixture installed, run a jumper wire from ground to the outside clip of one bulb - it should light:

- If it does not, then you don't have +12v to the ceiling light, assuming you made a good ground connection with your jumper wire. If this is the case, check the wiring and connector at the light but tracing it farther might be hard to do. I think I'd just run a new wire if it were my car and connect it to the +12v terminal on the fuse box.
- If it lights, then your +12 is good. Make sure your ground connection (one of the bolts that holds the light fixture to the ceiling) is good, as I can't imagine both switches would go bad. But this still leaves the keyless module not working, which could be a bad module or bad door switches. Hopefully not.
