Default caster wont adjust

took my car to a close shop i usually go to back in my civic days for an alignment.....
2001 ap1
100k
new tie rods sway bar links tien RA coilovers
spoon x brace
cusco side and rear brace
invidia test pipe ap2v1 wheels
other then that stock performance wise
o yah new axles and ap2 diff anyways....
spun out nicked a curb rear driver wheel at a local cfcrc event
hit the curb no more then 5mph didnt see any effect in the car besides a slight camber difference so instant thought was i bent something in the rear... took it home squared away the camber issue (loosened the bolt i tighted it up to match the other side all is well)

so taking the car to the shop this morning and on the alignment rack made him do the rear straightened it out for me nothing seems to be bent (wanted to go with aftermarket camber kit anyways) so rear sitting nice negative 2.2 and 2.4 passenger side good as we can get it witch is fine.
toe all in spec.
moving on to the front.
camber 1.5 perfect both sides
toe is perfect at 0
but we went to set castor and we ran into a HUGE problem!!!!!
fr driver side is sitting at a -4.2 passenger sitting at a -5.8
we tried everything the driver side wouldnt kick out more then negative 4.2
when i spun out i touched the rear barely not the front.... everything else is good car drives well... and doesnt pull any side and still smooth on highway.... but i do track the car and want to continue to running my spec alignments.... has anyone had this problem with castor? i know castor doesnt play a big roll as other specs do but it does play a roll on the track. i dont think anything is bent but who knows. this is the only place i brought the car to and havent taken it to a local race shop yet. wanted to hop on here for some advice.....

more camber i thought the more caster i thought i would get but for some reason the driver side front is way off almost by 2.0 degrees.... any help would be great hoping an easy fix!

Er, there's no such thing as rear caster.

If you can't get at least -5 caster on one of the fronts then it's possible the lower A-arm is slightly bent (wouldn't be noticeable to the eye). It's a secondary effect; not dangerous, just not ideal. Might cost you a few tenths per lap.

damn it! man i just got the damn car dialed!

on the alignment rack we got to the point were the damn adjuster bolt wouldnt do much either...

I'd just replace it, knowing its off will just drive you insane.
