Caster issues, need more help!
I just got a call from the alignment shop. When I brought the car in for alignment, the driver's side front caster was at 7 degrees, and the passenger side front was at 9 degress...
After he put some work into it, he could only get the the caster down to 6.5 degrees on both. However, he had to stagger the passenger side adjustments...what does that mean?
The car has not ever been in an accident to throw the location of the a-arm mounting points out of whack. How else can the adjustments be so far off? What can I do to get the alignment back in check?
There's another issue with the rear camber, but I will have to raise the rear moreso before I try to get an explanation on that one.

When you tightened the fasteners was the suspension fully loaded (supporting the full weight of the corner being torqued)? Or are you trying to align at a much lower height? Those are the only things I can think of that might have made a difference with something as simple as the coilover change. I have not had the problem through any of my suspension experiments.
