Did you have Autozone check the alternator too?

Is there a relay between the start button and the soleniod? Maybe the contacts are corrodid or the soleniod itself is going bad.

Steve, you have some good advice here and I would bite the bullet with a new battery and after you double check the battery connections check the grounding straps on the car - loosen them and tighten them to be sure and get a good bite - after you install the new battery use some grease on the terminals to prevent corrosion as well as the grounding straps! good luck!

Update: Car wouldn't start again this morning....changed the battery eventhough Autozone said it was ok. Took about 4 pushes of the start button beofre it turned over.

Gabbed with Raul on the phone last night about this. Curious...if/since its evident that folks (even Honda obviously) sell replacement START buttons, could it be that the Start button is failing???

yep, this could be it. are you sure you didn't try a different set of keys when it did start correctly? my cousin has the same problem with his. one of his s2000 keys doesn't work at all. all the lights will go on, and the doors will open, but the car won't start.

Update:
I replaced the battery, and everything worked gfine tiull Sunday morning. We made a pit stop on a drive (I was at FC) and the car died. I had to be push started again. Again, the problem was intermittent. So, I get home, go to the dealer to drop it off, the friggin thing started. I sat for 20min just turning it off and starting it, it cranked up everytime.......yet, I had to be pushed started like 4 times at FC and during the ride home. This sucks!

If you can push start it then it's not the immobiliser. I'd say it's the solenoid or starter motor.
