Hmmm. What should the reading be on the TPS and MAP sensor?
What needs to be checked on the ECU? Don't really know what to look for.

Remember, it does start for a few seconds (but very rough idle) when the 4 injectors are unclipped and it doesn't once they are all connected.

Clean, no. Wacked, yes. Can you clean that with CARB cleaner or should I just use compressed air?
Interesting with a cap full of oil into each cyclinder. What will that do? What's the reasoning behind doing this?

NY Metro's own minitoyota (Jeff) was kind enough to give me a visit to see the problem first hand. He plugged his scanner and it won't read the ECU. He swapped his spare ECU that he brought with him (along with few a handful of parts to try) and, just like that, car started. So the problem was the ECU.

So if anyone has an '02-'03 ECU for sale, please PM me.

Right now I just want to give a BIG THANK YOU TO MINITOYOTA!!! NY/NJ is lucky to have him as their mechanic. I owe you one big one, brother!
