Car wont start
#12
I had the same exact problem on an 88' prelude. I was baffled as to what it could be that wouldn't let it start... It turned out being that I hadn't adjusted the valve lash properly and the engine didn't have enough compression to start. I adjusted it to factory spec ans she fired right up.

Im going to get some new plugs and see if that will do the trick. If not im gona pull the fuel rail and see if the injectors are spraying. If they are then I have to take the valve cover off and make sure everything is right for the 3rd time.

Figured it out.... Im an Idiot.
Didn't adjust the valve lash. Cylinder 1 had a compression reading of 90. After the adjustment of the valves it's now at 230. Put everything back together and it started right up. I feel so dumb right now, I didn't even want to post this. The header is smoking though, I assume its from the oil that dripped onto it.
