Default Car wont start

Ok so here is a little information on my situation. About 3 months ago My GF hydrolocked my engine. I sent the head out to hytech and John sent it to endyn for porting and polishing and the whole 9 yards. I received it back about 5 days ago and just finished putting it back together. Now the F**KING thing will not start. I triple checked everything straight from the helm manual. The battery seemed low but I tried jump stating it still the same results. All the pullies spin, there is a spark, and there is fuel. It just keeps spinning and spinning. Any help would be great. Im about to go get a new battery but I dont think that will help since the jump start didn't do much.

Double check the ground wire at the back of the head. It is easy to forget and hard to see that it isn't connected once the head is back on.

Otherwise, the other common issue that keeps the car from starting after having the head off is that a cam is off by 180deg.

If it is cranking over just not starting it almost sounds like its not getting any fuel. Did maybe the ECU reset and it lost the immoblizer in the key and it won't let the fuel pump, pump gas.

Sounds stupid but try another key.

Just a guess. Good luck.

Try what negcamber said and check and double check all of your wire harnesses.

Well as far as the cams go both lines on the cam gears are facing each other. Also the fuel supply line that hooks up to the fuel rail def has fuel running to it. Do you think I should pull the fuel rail and check the injectors. Thats probably one of the only things besides the battery that I can think of that I have not done

How many sets of plugs do you have?? Are they fouled from fuel? Make sure the spark is good

I only have one set. They are new Denso IK22. I tried each one of them, They all have spark. Each plug also is a little damp and smells like fuel. It just blows my mind why it wont ignite.

Nope Intake cam is on the same side as the intake manifold and exhaust cam on the exhaust manifold (header) side.
