Car won't crank after clutch job
I recently dropped my transmission to inspect my clutch. When I put the car back together it wouldn't crank.
I had forgotten to put the bottom start bolt in. I figured maybe it would act as a ground or something so I put that bolt in. The car still won't crank.
I can hear a solenoid operating when I hit the ignition button but the starter makes absolutely not noise.
I can rotate the crank clockwise no problem so I know it's not stuck.
I tested my battery with a multimeter and it looked OK at 12.05V EDIT: 12.2V
Others that had issues with the battery had their dash flash but my dash does not flash at all.
Additionally, hitting the ignition WILL cut the stereo, so I believe that means the clutch sensor is working correctly.
Here is a video of the issue.

Don't think this voltage is ok. Try charging it first and see what the voltage is.
