That really has nothing to do with your clutch other than the fact that you didn't use the clutch properly while shifting. Operationally, the clutch is not affected by this damage.

It won't nuke the transmission. That gear will just be hard to engage. It may get better. Search for synchro and billman and you should come up with some threads for a potential fix.
