An alignment guy left my toe link loose once. The car was SUUUPER loose (obviously). I got home, jacked the corner up, and found that I could change my rear toe angle by hand.

Hi guy, just got my alignment re-set at a computerized shop today. Problems solved.
Now I am running close to Honda's suggested setting:
- Front -
1mm (Toe-in) 1mm
-0.40' (Camber) -0.40'
5'80" (Caster) 5'80"
...
- Rear -
3mm (Toe-in) 3mm
-1.40' (Camber) -1.40'
The wiggling/nudges are completely gone. The car is straight as an arrow now. The shop found out I had excessive toe-in that caused that wiggly rear end.
Though Honda suggests 0.00 toe for the front tires, we've come to the decision to add 1mm toe-in to give better directional control. My car now drives normal and i can enjoy my new Mugen bushings (along with Spoon sub-frame and steering rack rigid collars ) to the full.

+1 on alignment is off. I had this same effect from a bad alignment. Gas on, gas off, car would pull one way or the other. Felt anything but stable.
Get a real alignment, not a strings and ruler alignment.

Well he is in Hong Kong. Maybe things are different over there.

No, things are exactly the same in this part of the world (we are NOT China, you know); except maybe we do more city driving and the max. we can go on expressways is 110km/h (legally).
I can't blame the guy that changed my bushings for the alignment mishaps, afterall he does not specialize in alignment setting, and he's done all my bushings correctly (without pre-loading them). The excessive rear toe-in was partly caused by me: I handed him Honda's spec sheet to follow, and it reads 6mm toe-out. He didn't realize it was meant to be "total toe-out" instead of half, so he turned as much as he could for each wheel and the most he could get was 4.5mm.

?? Honda's spec sheet says toe IN. If the rear is toed OUT, that's bad news
