Car is whining or whirring at 70+mph

Car is whining or whirring at 70+mph
It may do it at other speeds too, but it is really noticeable (over my HKS and TP) at 70+ mph. I can push in the clutch ot go to neutral and I can still hear it, so maybe its the differential.
Any suggestions? diff fluid change?

I used to have it in the winter, but it kinda disappeared so I ignored it, but it came back recently (summer).

I have it too, can't figure it out. I use the radio fix - turn volume up.
Just started happening a few thousand miles after swapping in the 4.77 rear end so that was my first thought, but neigh.
Let me know when you fix it so I can fix mine too

i got a sorta whiney noise when im in gear and press the throttle in slightly, i never hear it when i floor it, only when im on the throttle slightly
it is like a whiney whirring sound from the rear.
