I had the same issue launched my car once and pop goes the axle! You need the spacers or I just upgraded to the AP2 axles that are suppose to be 10mm longer. That vibration will get worse if you dont address the issue and I highly recommend that you do drive hard until you do.
AP2 axles are the same length, the differential output flanges are longer

There is no difference in length of the axles or thickness of diff flanges between ap1 & ap2. Everything has been measured from axle tip to axle tip on ap1 & ap2 and there is no difference between the two.

I have an '04 diff and the width from the end of the flanges is a few mm longer than the AP1 diff.

I just got my alignment but now it doesnt vibrate around 40-45...but now at 65-70 mph...it seems to vibrate more while trying to go uphills.

all wheels are straight except rear right which is -2 degrees.

EDIT: car is a '00' with 61k miles on it

my springs just came in yesterday, they will be going on over the winter. I hope this can be resolved come spring.

Isnt there a fix to this?

Im gonna reach out there and guess that 75% of the s2k's here are lowered. SOMEONE MUST KNOW THIS FIX!
