Guys, I've found out the problem.

If you have gone through all the sensors like me, make sure you check the wire harness behind the panel on the lower left (driver's side).

One of the wires in the harness got loose. My car would hesitate when I kicked the panel and I accidentally found this out.

I did not re-wire them as there are too many wires and tapes. I just secured the harness. From that point on, I did not have any blogging or hesitation with the car.
