Here's a rusted spline. Very common.

I'm confident if you pull the trans you'll resolve it. Come by I'll do it while you wait

Ill send you a PM on that...thanks to all you guys for all the help!

If I pull the trans and it doesnt fix it, its free.

This is how all services should go. This isn't a human body and a medical PRACTICE It's a machine and anyone who calls them self a mechanic or technician should understand its workings. I would have never called hyd issues unless you said the clutch pedal was spongy and had freeplay. Even then, simple flush and bleed is all it takes.

I have replaced ONE clutch master over 8 years of working on this car. It was an 00 with close to 180k and clutch fluid was thick and black like ink.

Billman, if i have rust in my tranny case that i can see from where the clutch fork is. And my clutch fork is all covered in rusted I am assuming that my input shaft is the culprit.

Is there anyway to clean/lube this up without pulling the trans? Can it clean up overtime by just driving?

Does this also automatically mean my disk is broken causing the dragging?

Sorry to hijack but its literally same problem

EDIT - -

Yea gotta pull the trans to clean the input shaft.
