Default Car is stalling out while driving.

So installed the clutch today and drove it for twenty miles to a autozone to get a new battery and when I got home I went to take it a couple blocks away to pick up a buddy and on my way the car just cut off and died on me. It was still cranking over just wouldn't start. But after sitting for a couple minutes it started right up with no problems till a couple miles later and started stuttering again. Well long story eventually got it home. The car one second will drive fine then the next be misfiring it sounds like. It is not throwing any codes. Also another thing is I have the supercharger hooked up but not running into the IM just put my CAI back on to rig so I could drive it. Also just got back from a deployment so the car has only be driven a couple times prior to this. Is it possible the gas went bad and is junking up my Injectors. Or what does everyone else think is wrong. I was trying to get some miles on the clutch before I take it to get tuned.

Would alternator cause it to misfire?
