Default Car stalling out in traffic

I am driving last night and my car starts to hesitate at 4th and 5th gear while I am barely on the throttle, just light pressure. Car was warm.

This morning my car can't hold an idle. Every time I come to a stop my car dies. I got to work, parked and I hear the engine struggling to maintain idle, sounds like it's stressed and makes this uncomfortable sound.

Anyone know what this could be? I am at work and can't really search right now.

TIA

First place i would check is spark plugs, coils, map sensor(make sure it has a good connection-zip ties help here ) injectors, and all the grounds on the engine. Cleaning out your throttle body and idle air control valve may help some parts of your issue.

MAP sensor is usually the cause of hesitation. Check above and report back. Good luck.

4,

Plugs have 30-40kmi, car is firing on all cyl under full throttle, no CEL.

My map is ziptied onto the car, but I will double check soon.

Could the map cause the hesitation/bucking at light throttle?

I do think I need to clean the IAC valve regardless. WIll def try that at home.

Freeing up IAC rotary valve would be where I start.

No cleaner required. Split the valve halves and free up the shaft with your fingers.

SO I cleaned the IAC and it feels like it got worse

Threw code P0122 - pedal position sensor. Going to clean the TPS now.

Drove it around and everything is back to normal.

Guess the TPS was very dirty at 140K..
