IMO there is no need to do something as drastic as pulling the head yet. Here's the order in which I'd do things:

1. Get valve adjustment

2. Measure oil consumption

3. Do a compression and leakdown test

Until you do those three things, pulling your head is kind of a waste of time.

Yea, among noticing the increased smoke output I actually switched from the Mobil Syntec Blend to the high mileage Mobil1 oil to see if that helped and I dont think it made much of a difference.

Sounds like oil is leaking into the cylinder. Not a big issue, just keep feeding her oil. Had the same problem with my PreludeSH and basically the only way to solve the problem would be to rebuild the engine, should be done eventually, but probably wont cause any other real problems (nothing catastrophic at least, just other stuff requiring a rebuild to get rid of).

Oil getting in the cylinders usually = bad seals and rings right?

Help me out guys bought my 05turbo'd s2k 15,000 miles on it...i get white/gray smoke in vtec and turbo range...is that just normal or what? it's slightly worse when im running hotter. Does the turbo add to the smoke making it a normal thing or what?
IIRC, white smoke in boosted applications usually means you're running lean and that's not good.
