Default Car sitting lower than normal

So i was on my way to houston from dallas and an suv infront of me swerved to miss a HUGE tire, well.. i wasnt so lucky to miss the tire and i ate it 100%, went right over it.

I got a huge black mark on the driver side of the front bumper, as well as a little mark on the drivers side door. I was pissed, but when i got to my destination, we had some stuff that took the black rubber marks off easy, buffed right out.

NOW, im having a different problem..

Im lowered on Espelirs and have 8.5 x 18 / 225 40 18 in the front and 255 35 18 in the rear with 9.5 x 18" wheels offsets are +45 and +50 respectively.

When i first lowered the car, the springs seemed a little soft, and i would scrape in front and rear pretty bad on relatively small bumps.

After about a month of being lowered the springs settled and i quit rubbing about 90% of the time, doing the same driving at the same speeds, i was VERY satisfied

Now, after i hit that tire, ive gone back to rubbing on almost everything and its driving me crazy! Worst part is, whats rubbing is the fronts, not the rears, i had new front shocks (OEM) put on two months ago, after that i did notice the front sitting lower than the rear but it still drove fine so i didnt care..

Did the guys possibly put my springs in backwards, and hitting this tire jarred things to make it noticeable? any ideas at all why im rubbing again all of a sudden?

*Summary*
lowered on espelirs, was driving fine
hit a tire now im rubbing in the front on nearly everything, similar to RIGHT after i put the lowering springs on

I want to try to avoid rolling my fenders as much as possible, it was driving fine before!!
Help please!

if it was camber that was making the tires fit your fenders, the camber and the rest of your alignment could have changed, making you now rub. are you sure you didnt hit any of it with a wheel?

im pretty sure i did hit it with a wheel...

So it just may have knocked off my alignment? causing me to rub?

I let go of the wheel and everything still goes straight and perfect, but your right things could have changed and the car still go straight
