Car shimmies at 30mph

I went over a set of RR tracks @ 45mph and the other side dropped really steep. Needless to say, I bottomed out. The front bumper and the differentail hosing proves it (both are scraped). Puddy just rebuilt the diff. I got new tires (they were bald anyways) and an alignment. The car drives great and straight as an arrow. However, I get a slight shimmie as I approach 30mph and stops around 35-40mph.
Any ideas? Initially I was thinking drive shaft or a bent shock. But it only happens around 30mph. It is not always consistent and happens with the clutch in or out. The stearing wheel doesn't vibrate and the vibration is felt in the seat.
My friend's Mercedes has a similar shimmie and it was the drivetrain flex coils.

damn dude, that sucks. Best of luck with this. Just be happy you dont have to navigate the roads of Norfolk virginia. My car almost got swallowed the other day by a pothole!

Yeah, the wheels are balanced. It vibrated really hard before I got the alignment and tires. Guess I'll swing by the local Honda shop and see if they can see anything. They are pretty cool, I have a SC and lowered it but they don't care they still work on it "even though it is not stock."
