Car shakes on idle when warm, runns 100% when cold
Hi Guys
This is what I have done so far....
Map wack
Replaced TCT as per the guide (the rattle disappeared)
New Secondary O2 sensor
The car has new plugs/Cat within the last 2 months
Any help would be great

I would reccomend checking your air filter and spark plugs. Also, a valve adjustment might be in order as well. those are the first things that come to my mind.

Did you use the OEM NGK plugs?
What happens when you drive for longer than 15min after a cold start?
What happens when you let it idle after 15 min. instead of shutting the engine off?
White smoke = coolant.. isn't it?
Long shot:
An engine at operating temp has pressure in the coolant system, a cold engine does not.
As long as your're driving, coolant will not get into the combustion process - or only a little, and it gets burned straight away.
Parked though, there is time for coolant to build-up, causing misfires once started.
How does the oil filler cap look on the inside?
Any white milky stuff there?
IIRC you can smell coolant too in the exhaust, smells kinda sugary, sweet.
