My car just recently started shaking between 78 and 85. It's not consistent however. It only does it sometimes.

I feel a slight roughness as I pass through the 4500rpm range when accelerating I notice that when the car starts vibrating at highway speed, I'm isually right around the 4500 rpm range.

Any thoughts?
