somone suggested to just take the rad cap off and let it run untill all the air comes out will this work???
No way.

You have air, plain and simple. This is a very difficult system to bleed. Even following the procedure in the book, the car can still overheat up to TWENTY miles later.

Crack the bleeder once it hits three bars, while running. Cap on. Bleed the air, close the valve, then shut the car off for 1/2 hr. re-check coolant. Do this a few times, you'll get the air out.

Once you have hot heat in the interior, you're safe.

crank up the heater while you at it too?(a/c off, max heat, non-cir. mode)

If bleeding the system doesn't fix your heat issue, you could have a stuck thermo ... this happened to me when I switched in my Koyo. After replacing the thermo I'm running sweet (180 has been my max water temp so far, during a 8 hour drive in 90+ weather).

Just fyi - spent a day in near 100 degree weather, stuck in a traffic jam for nearly an hour (didn't move once in a 15 minute stretch). Top temp was 220. Was back to 180 after I got moving again.

well when i flushed my system i only bled it while flushing and not after i put the coolant in. It just used up the entire overflow tank after driving a few hours and I just put more in. That means the air should be out right?
