Default car overheating

Hi everyone. I've been dealing with some overheating issues with my 2001 honda s2000 and I can't seem to figure out what is wrong. New water pump, new ect sensor, new radiator fan switch, and new thermostat. I don't think it's the head gasket because my car still has all the power it's supposed to have as well as no water mixing with the oil and no steam out of the exhaust. My fans aren't kicking on though. I checked fuses and relays and there all fine. I unplugged the fans and put a 12v battery to both of them and they are working fine. Also, the heater isn't blowing hot air. I don't know if air in the lines would cause the fluid in my coolant overflow to come pouring out the top of the overflow tank or not but I've had enough trying to figure it out. Eagar to hear from anyone.

Ben.

Air in the system. Search how to bleed.

Do not drive car until heat is hot.

Thanks. I had a thought it could have been that but I couldn't exactly figure out how to get all the air out. The link is extremely helpful. I'll give it a shot and keep ya posted.
