When I got it back from Honda, the first 500miles I didn't go pass 4k-rpm (has a new clutch replaced also) and so the car runs fine. In fact it still now except the huge loss of power in between 4-5k-rpm. Didn't went pass 4k-rpm on the first 500miles so have no idea if it already there when I left the dealer. My previous engine has the very similar problems and so I guessed that it's my fueling. Since Honda only changing out the engine, not the fueling system. If the fueling system is clogged up, it can still cause the same problem to the new replaced engine.
My friend's car, he also experienced loss of power at a certain RPM and he changed out his Fuel Filter and its all good again.
But that only my guess. I'm gonna take the car to Honda tommorrow to get it check out to make sure since it still Under warranty. I'll post the result up here once I got a word from them.

Result are in from Honda diagnose. Here's the problems:
1. There's leaks in two shield (don't know which one they talking about).
2. Valve adjustment are off.
Cost around $300's to get everything right. Honda said those are regular maintainent and so the warranty shouldn't paid for it. I'm working my way to have them pay for it since that the engine they purchased.
