Car lags...Oil in Sparkplugs !
First off, this is a 19k engine replaced by Honda under warranty. Brand new headgasket. I've put 1200 miles on it now and here's the problem.
Car lagged out at between 4000RPM to 5000RPM, very noticable. Pulled out the sparkplugs and found that there's oil in three of them (not alot though). The fourth plug has some sort of sands or grinded metals around the slot/hole where the plug goes in. The car idle and ran fine except the huge loss of power in between 4k-rpm to 5k-rpm. My concern is why is there oil in the sparkplugs ?
Is there any other possibilities that could cause the lags ?
My previous engine ( which blews ) has the very same problem (lagging between 4-5k-rpm) then on my very first time redline it, it blews !! Pulled out the plugs and 3 extremely black, and 1 fried and broke off.
If the engine has been replaced and the lagging still there, could it be a fuel problems then ? Fuel lines....Fuel filter...??
Also, how to upload picture on here.....Im trying to upload the pictures of the plugs so you guys can see.
Vin.

if oil is coming in and getting on your plugs, i can almost gaurantee a leakdown test will show below average results in 1 or more cylinders. you have something that could be majorly starting to go wrong.
you MUST get this done ASAP.

.... since when does Honda fulfill warranty claims with used parts? Rebuilt or "Factory Reconditioned" maybe but used
Did the car work correctly when you first got it back? If so, then my wild stab in the dark guess is a fueling problem, leading to detonation, leading to burnt this and that, leading to ....,.... what you got!
