Default Car kicks out of first

So this has happened to me twice now. Im in first gear and i get on it and aroun 6-7k the car kicks out of first and grinds horribly. I heard it might be the tranny fluid. This happened to n e one else?

Never happened to me. Transmission fluid is cheap and easy to change. Try that and get back to us.

that's never a good sign. I just had that problem, ended up rebuilding the entire transmission.

that means your gears missing a tooth or worned down.

I would also assume there is a problem with the 2nd gear and its syncro.

good luck, it's a PIA for sure to have gear pop out problem.

sometimes you could fix it by adjusting the clutch line, but it's a slim chance.

most likely your transmission gears.

Every other gear is fine. Im hoping im just low on transmission fluid. well C
