Glad you got it figured out. If you still kept your stock ecu, you could have plugged it in to see what the CEL is.

I had this issue two years ago. Aem ems 1052u unit. Had a misfire, couldnt diagnose it. Ended up being a ems issue. Shipped it to devin at aem, they fixed thd issue but wouldnt tell me what it was....

when i had misfiring before it was thankfully only a burnt out sparkplug, hopefully yours is an easy fix.

Car is back to boosting around haha. Replaced all the coilpacks since mine had 160K miles on them when the 2 blew. Drives great again.
