Just an update for those who have similiar problems, I came back to my car the next day around noon time when temperatures were 20-30 degrees warmer, and again my car did not start. I brought a brand new battery with me just in case, so I put in the new battery ( upgraded crank amps, 500 crank amps) and the car starts up no problem. SOO turns out the battery was defective in some sort of way, I am bringing the old battery in for testing. My guess would be that the cold crank amps on the old battery were either insufficient or something in the battery is causing the amps to decrease, this could also be a result of a bad alternator or not enough contact from battery terminals to battery
