Car idles weird after oil change

there is no physical thing I can think of that changing the oil would cause the "idle dip". no physical connection in any way, shape, or form.

Maybe warm engine & warm coolant & cold oil = confused ECU?
How long before it cured itself?
I did an oil change and immediately after I saw the idle dip.

If the oil is warm enough to affect the ECU than it's too hot that you wouldn't even be changing it in the first place.
this is no different than the same effect of turning your car off for 20 minutes while the oil/coolant cools down.
