Check your air filter to make sure it's not clogged.
But it may be a case of bad gasoline. Have you run multiple tanks of gas and the problem has been there for all of them?

sounds exactly what i had a problem with. I did a map whack and replaced the map with the new zip tie one, that worked for about 3 months and then i started to feel it coming again. It only acts up very seldomly and usually in hot and humid weather, so i usually just blow it off and blame the weather.
Other than what negcamber has suggested i got nothing =(

I experienced the same thing last year, it used to happen on a hot day or when the engine was hot and what worked for me was TB coolant by pass. Try the link below, it might help.
