Yes - I'll be heading out in the morning......and she'll be on a car hauler......which Im not real pleased with, but it beats the hell out of alternative.
There aren't many stealerships around here - (closest one is an hour....) and I would say that they probably see 2 s2000's a month or less. They are rare around these parts.
Even the ones in Clarksville and Nashville TN, have some experience with S2000's if they see that mine is modified they'll just call me to come and get it.
Slow is willing to put up with my shit, and my whining, and bitching, and whining, and ing , etc.

Have you tried running the car without a cat like I mention above. I had this same problem with my civic(b16a motor) awhile back, I tried everything that you have and still did the same thing. I was thinking about how vtec work and everything I check related to vtec was perfit. So I decided to take the cat off and magic happen... working vtec. It turns out that the cat was clog. The engine would run fine before vtec, but when vtec comes on, there is too much exhaust and a clog cat would force that pressure back into the motor causing it to bogg down just like in your video. If you have not tried this, I strongly recommend you try it. It doesn't hurt to spend a few minutes to take your cat off. If you already tried this then disregard what I said. Good luck.

You can try the cat disconnect for a bit. Don't run the engine for an extended period of time with an open header. It will also be exceptionally loud, and you won't hear anything else but the exhaust noise.
I've dealt with several clogged convertors on Isuzu products which can be a pain to figure out. I've got a backpressure tester which makes troubleshooting much easier.
My 1st plan of attack is to watch the data stream and look for out of range inputs before turning a wrench.
