Car Feels like its hesitating
Ok , well heres my little issue with my 2003 AP1:
First, When I am idling and i rev the gas and let the RPMs drop , the engine shakes and RPMs drop to about 300. This may also be the reason why i feel like the car doesn't climb up the RPM range as fast as it should. Could i need to clean out the injectors? Can it be a MAP sensor? ..i drove a friends 2003 AP1 and it seemed more responsive throughout the RPM range... any advice??

could be the ECU adjusting to the weather and humigity changes. seems to have a decent affect on our cars. id let it go for a while and see if it relearns how to run the engine without stalling. one tip is to just let it do it's thing when its bogging down, if you give it gas to get the revs back up, the ecu wont ever relearn the process.

That was happening with mine. Later on threw a CEL. Wrong MAP sensor voltage. Got a new one and fixed it.
Something that also added to it was I had the factory recalled spark plugs. You have an 03 so you don not have the bad plugs, but they could be a little loose. I'd just double check and check them out as well. Spark plugs can cause many problems.

i have AEM CAI. Megan headers , HKS Catback , Invidia Test Pipe ... Im not as concerned about the RPMs dropping after I rev it as much as the hesitation when climbing up the RPM band... I dont know if I should just change the MAP sensor..i dont have a CEL.
