Car dumping fuel, can feel intermittent power loss
So I've noticed that my car seems to be dumping just recently. I got a J's 60RS a few weeks back and every now and then I would hear a pop and my mileage was still fine. Just recently maybe the beginning of the week I've noticed my fuel consumption was more significant during my daily drives to and from work. I also hear more popping and sometimes louder popping from the exhaust. To me it sounds cool and all but there might be an underlying problem that I would like to figure out.
Additionally I've noticed slight power lost at different RPM's and Gear. It feels like the engine is retarding the spark, which maybe why I'm getting crappy mileage and excessive popping from my exhaust. It's an AP1 with stock ECU, OEM intake with j's snorkel, DC sports header (need to switch back to OEM) and exhaust.
I've changed my MAP sensor last season, I've cleaned the IAT sensor as well. Could it be stuck/sticking injectors that are dumping fuel and causing the engine to retard timing/spark to compensate? Anyone know how the ECU works?

I'll check the plugs this weekend. I've checked my valves just before the end of last season to make sure they were all still in spec.
Does anyone know what components effect the ECU to adjust fuel/timing?
The ones i know for sure are Map sensor, IAT sensor and knock sensor. I'm guessing the throttle position sensor also plays a role? I haven't actually taken a look at the TPS but I think i'll give that a go this weekend too.
