Since the car would only click and not even try to turn over I'm thinking you might have a grounding issue rather than a fuel issue. It may be really tough to track down unfortunately.

I would contact the dealer and see if they are willing to work with you on getting it repaired. If they do not offer to help, then I would see what your States laws are that may govern this type of thing. Some states have laws that give a grace period to return a used car.

I live in Louisiana and we have the lemon law but that doesnt account for used vehicles so im screwed there...

To troubleshoot, you can smack the relay when trying to turn over the car. If it starts, it's a clear indicator the relay needs to be changed.

I don't know where the ignition relay is on the s2000. Please check a manual
